Price Isn’t Everything

If Shopping on the Internet

Who do you call if there’s a problem ?  Your dress isn’t in and the ceremony is tomorrow.   Your dress has arrived but it’s the wrong size or colour, it has a stain on it.  Who will alter your dress ?  Who will press and steam it ?  What can you do ?  Who do you call ???

If Shopping at a Bridal Discounter

The price may be good but what are the alteration costs ?  Can you see the list of charges for alterations ?  Do you have to take your gown home until alterations begin ?  Can you take your gown elsewhere for alterations ? Do they store your gown for free ?  Do they press and steam your gown for free ?  How does the quality of the fabric and workmanship compare ?  Do you feel pressured to buy ? What is the service like after the initial purchase ?

At the Coach House Bridal Salon

We strive to make your bridal experience problem free.  We’d like to say that we never have any problems; however a life without problems if unrealistic.  It’s not the problem you have; it’s how you handle it.  At the Coach House we handle the problems if (they arise) not you.  We have a proven track record after 25 years in business.  Any problems or concerns are handled immediately.
